What We Work With
-

Anxiety
You can't seem to turn your brain off . You're overthinking everything, running through worst-case scenarios, and waking up already tense. Anxiety therapy can help you quiet the noise and actually feel present again.
-

Depression
You're going through the motions, but nothing feels like you. You're not sure when things started feeling flat, but getting through the day takes more than it used to. Therapy for depression can help you reconnect with yourself.
-

Relationship Issues
You keep having the same fight, and nothing changes. The argument shifts but the hurt stays the same. Couples therapy gives you and your partner a space to finally say what's underneath it, and start moving forward together.
-

Trauma
You don't have to call it trauma for it to have left a mark. You might just know that certain things hit differently now, and you're tired of carrying it alone. Trauma therapy can help you process what happened and start to feel like yourself again.
Our Approach
Therapy works best when you feel like yourself in the room. At Casa Flow, we build relationships first, because the connection between you and your therapist isn't just nice-to-have, it's the whole thing. Everything we do grows from there.
Finding the right therapist changes everything.
Most people come to therapy not in crisis, but carrying something they've been managing alone for too long, the anxiety that won't quiet down, the relationship patterns that keep repeating, the sense that something is off even when life looks fine on the outside. We’re here to help you find your flow again.
Our Team
Diana Contreras
LMFT #159044You don't have to keep managing everything on your own. I work with women navigating anxiety, relationship patterns, and trauma, helping you understand where it's coming from and what to do with it. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, speak freely, and build something more solid for yourself.
Mike Mazmanyan
LMFT #162696I help adults and couples work through anxiety, overthinking, and relationship challenges. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re feeling, break unhealthy patterns, and help you feel more confident, grounded, and in control. I have a passion for supporting men who want to redefine what strength looks like, not through silence or stoicism, but through vulnerability.
Most people who find Casa Flow aren't in crisis. You're functioning. You're showing up. On paper, things look fine.
But something's off. The anxiety that hums under everything. The relationship that keeps hitting the same wall. The exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix. The sense that you've outgrown the way you've been coping.
Therapy here is where you get to stop performing and actually look at it. Your therapist will ask the questions no one else is asking, hold space for what's underneath, and help you build something that works better than white-knuckling through your week.
You don't need to be falling apart to deserve this kind of attention.
What’s Therapy Like?
-
Yes, we're in-network with Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Optum, and BCBS. Most of our clients pay a small copay or nothing at all after their deductible. If you're not sure what your plan covers, send us your info and we'll check for you before your first session.
-
Individual sessions are $150 per 50 minute session. Couples sessions are $200. Payment is due after session and we can provide a superbill if you want to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
-
Most people book their free consultation within a day or two, and start therapy the following week. We'll match you with the therapist who fits best, whether that's Diana, Mike, or one of the clinicians on our team.
-
Yes. Research consistently shows virtual therapy works just as well as in-person for anxiety, depression, trauma, and couples work. It also removes the biggest reasons people quit, like commute time, traffic, and scheduling around the office. You get the same care from your couch.
-
It's a 15-minute video or phone call, no pressure and no paperwork. You tell us what's going on, we tell you how we'd approach it, and you decide if it feels like a fit. If it doesn't, we'll help you find someone who is.
-
Anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and couples work, burnout, and life transitions. We work with a lot of first-generation and bicultural clients, and we offer sessions in English and Spanish.
-
No! Most of the people we work with are functioning well on the outside and just tired of managing everything alone. Therapy is not only for the worst moments. It's for building the version of your life you actually want.
-
That depends on you. Some people come in for a specific issue and wrap up in a few months. Others stay longer because the work keeps opening new doors. We'll check in regularly about your goals so you're never guessing where things stand.
